Can I change my sapphire or ring design mid way through paying my balance?
Yes, any design or sapphire changes can be made until we begin manufacturing the ring. We begin manufacturing the ring once 50% of the balance is cleared. Once we are about to begin manufacturing, we will be in touch to confirm your original design, sapphire and the ring size, and once you’re happy we will begin manufacturing.
Can I pay in lump sum payments?
Yes, we offer a flexible payment option where you can pay the balance across 3 months for all engagement rings. This service is currently unavailable for wedding bands. If you need a longer time frame, or wish to have an engagement ring and wedding band on a plan together, please contact one of our friendly consultants to arrange this for you at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a Minimum Order Value for the NV Flexible Payment Option?
Yes, the minimum order value to be eligible for the NV Flexible Payment Option is USD$2,800.

What are the available time frames for payments?
We currently offer a flexible interest free payment option, where you can pay off the balance of your ring in lump sum amounts over a 3 month period. When your invoice is set up, your USD$500 deposit is deducted from the total, and you can make future payments at your convenience, until the balance is paid in full within a 3 month time frame.
After you make your deposit, one of our friendly design consultants will be in touch to set up your invoice and keep in touch during the process.
If I pay off my invoice early, will my piece be shipped straight away?
If you pay off your invoice early you may not receive the item straight away as it could still be in manufacturing. We will begin manufacturing your ring once 50% of your invoice has been paid, and this process takes approx 4 weeks. We will keep you up to date on the manufacturing status of your ring once it is in production, and do everything we can to ship your ring to you as quickly as possible once your balance has been paid in full.

Can I cancel my invoice?
Yes, if you begin your payments and later decide you wish to cancel it, you will be eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days from your deposit. If the invoice is cancelled past the 30 days, a USD$300.00 restocking fee will apply.
Once you have received your item, we also offer a 60 days refund or exchange on all online orders, as well as a 60 days exchange on made to order items. Please refer to our return/exchange policy here.
When will the order be shipped?
Your item will be shipped approximately 14 working days after your final payment has been received. We will be in touch and confirm our shipping timeline once your order is ready and on it’s way to you.
