The promoter of this Competition is Nolan and Vada Limited (“the Promoter”).
One winner will be randomly selected by draw from the completed entries on 14th June, 2024.
You may enter the Competition by submitting a ‘Drop a Hint’ form on www.nolanandvada.com, www.nolanandvada.co.nz and www.nolanandvada.com.au during the period of 16th January – 31st May 2024.
By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to subscribe to the Nolan and Vada marketing database for future promotions and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Competition entry and eligibility:
This Competition is open to residents of the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or older who submit a 'Drop a Hint' form on www.nolanandvada.co.nz, www.nolanandvada.com.au and www.nolanandvada.com.
The Competition commences 16th January 2024 at 0.01am and concludes 31st May 2024 11.59pm. After this date and time no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
A maximum of x5 entries per eligible person will be allowed in the prize draw.
If the randomly selected winner has purchased a ring during the time of the promotion, they will be eligible for a reimbursement of their ring price up to the total prize value.
Prize details and prize draw:
The winner will be notified by email by 14th June 2024 and announced on Nolan and Vada social media by 21st June 2024.
If the winner has not confirmed receipt of the prize or cannot be contacted using the details provided on their entry form within seven days of being notified, the prize will be fortified. A redraw will occur and a new winner will be notified who shall have seven days in which to confirm receipt of the prize. This process will continue until the receipt of the prize has been successfully confirmed.
The Prize is a Nolan and Vada engagement ring up to the value of USD$3,500/CAD$5,000/GBP£3,500.
The Prize is not refundable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
The Prize is transferable to a friend or family member of the winner.

By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You consent to the Promoter collecting and holding your information and providing it to other parties as necessary for the purposes of the Competition and for agreed promotional purposes.
